Our 30 minute HIIT-style workouts incorporate cardio, weights and core movements for all fitness levels. All sessions are led by a certified personal trainer to teach, modify and motivate you during your workout. Our team works hard to customize each workout for you, your goals, and your fitness experience.
Accountability is the key to achieving the results you want. we aren’t just a regular gym that gives you access to workouts. We give you a complete lifestyle program to help you reach your goals.
Our in-body composition testing machine will tell you what exactly is changing in your body by testing for muscle, fat, and water. Don’t just rely on a scale that doesn’t give you a complete picture. Let our professionals help you!
If you decide to continue after the initial 6-week transformation challenge, your membership will $127 per month (with a minimum of 6 months). After 6 months, your membership will convert to month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel.
We use very expensive high quality flooring that is great for your knees and lower back, so we do not wear shoes that have been used outside. You can either carry in clean bottom shoes, workout in socks, or barefoot.
Yes! We have members who have never worked out before and we can modify the workouts to fit their needs. Our workouts are also for people who workout regularly and are looking to add some intensity to their routine. It’s honestly perfect for all fitness levels.
